I had servpro come to my condo to give me an estimate on a rebuild. The mitigation was done by a different company. This was over a week ago. I've called them twice to get my quote. NO CALL BACKS. Very poor business practice. Servers responded to my 1 star review asking me to contact them. I've already talked to 2 different people there and they don't return phone calls and yet I'm supposed to contact them again.

Had a water overflow issue in my basement and called ServPro in Cary. They were out here ASAP, ripped out damaged carpet, hardwood, and drywall, and had my basement dry in only a few days. Significantly reducing additional damage. They checked moisture readings each day and even helped with some electrical issues. Steve, Blake, Dante and team made this nightmare accident much more bearable. Thanks for all the help!

We experienced a sewer backup in our basement last Friday night. Black Diamond (5/5 stars) sent a plumber out to rotor out the sewer line We also contacted this ServePro office and they had their staff at our house early Saturday morning. They more than met my expectations in their cleanup and remediation of the affected section of the basement. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend Servpro of Southern McHenry Cty!

Super awesome quality, helped me a ton. Had real integrity every time they came out. Each worker that came out deserves a shout out, but the names I can remember were Samantha and Paul. They always were super professional.

I believe this was a relatively small job for them, but not for us! We discovered a water backup in our finished basement and when I first saw it it felt like the end of the world. My carpet was soaked, my walls were soft and squishy, and a lot of my stuff was wet. SERVPRO came out and cleaned everything, including moving and cleaning items that may or may not have been splattered, did demolition on the walls and carpet that couldn't be saved, then used an antimicrobial spray on everything.
