We have had a horrible experience with SERVPRO and would not recommend them for water mitigation. Our basement flooded and had lots of standing water and they come in and remove zero water, just plug in their air movers and say that should be good enough (keep in mind there is an inch of standing water in our basement), don’t move any items that are soaking wet off our floor, don’t lift any of the furniture off the floor and don’t disinfect anything, and also wear their shoes that are water soaked through our house, when i a... read more
