Obviously no one ever wants to call a place like SERVPRO, but when you do they are the place to contact. They were super busy from floodings all over Lancaster the previous week and still managed to fit me in earlier than I was expecting. They were upfront and provided information to me every step of the way. They worked directly with my insurance company which was great. I had a water pipe leak in my basement. I called Servpro to come take care of it. I might as well have done it myself. They threw wet things in bags and threw the bags outside and all of the wet clothes they put in a bag and sat by the washer for me to wash. Probably doesn't sound like much but they threw away my sister's good shoes and her checkbook!!!! They didn't even put the wet bed post up on anything when drying the floor! We had a water leak in our basement. ServPro's estimator Anthony was on-site almost immediately, and there was a crew at our house within one hour to begin the clean up process. Thanks to Damon and the guys for their quick clean up work. My insurance agent is working with ServPro on the reconstruction. ServPro's team has been professional and courteous, Their communication has been excellent. Highly recommended!

Absolutely the worst at communication! A tree fell and landed on our second story deck. The railing, some fencing and siding was damaged. Our home owners insurance pointed us in Servpro's direction which unfortunately was a disappointment. The tree incident happened beginning of Dec 2024 and as of today Servpro has not delivered on any repairs, despite us paying the full contracted amount.
