Unfortunately, we had a toilet overflow on our second floor into our kitchen. Fortunately, my homeowner's insurance uses ServPro as their recommended mitigation and restoration company. We have had two big, difficult clean-ups this year. The kind where you need to clean every square inch of surface in rooms from the floor to the ceiling. SERVPRO scoped the work, consulted expertise, quoted a fair price, brought the right equipment, used the right cleaning supplies, sent A-teams, got the jobs done, and redid a couple of things after inspection. On both occasions I was happy to sign off and pay. It's like our two disasters never occurred.

The quality of workmanship is not good. I highly recommend Weaver Insulators from Myerstown PA instead of this “pro” company. See the pictures. I am finishing out a basement for a customer on a four year old house. The insulation batts are not installed well at all on the band board. I wonder what the walls look like. 🤦🏼‍♂️

Serv Pros mitigation team came out at an extreme hour to assist us with a water leak. Their team left fans and dehumidifiers and tore out the damaged drywall and insulation to get us to a good place and relieve anxiety. They continued to check on us almost daily to make sure the drying process was working. The only negative for us was the communication and coordination between the insurance company - serv pro - and us in regard to the next steps in the process and how to get the house back to normal in a timely manner.
