The guys that came went above and beyond. Cleaned everything spotless. I feel so comfortable being in the house. The guys even offered advice of what to chuck and what we could keep. I would highly recommend this company.
I would never use this company. If you let them in your house they have employees that will take stuff out of your house, that's not theirs we had a flood in our basement, and we use this company to clean up. It must have been about 10 people in the house. We noticed later that there was things missing that wasn't theirs to take. We trust this company that they would come in our house and we wouldn't have to worry, but you have to watch every person that's in there.
Serv Pro was excellent in helping us reconstruct our damaged home. Kevin was responsive, timely and selected the highest quality subcontractor (Alex, Adrian and Carlos) to do the rebuild and painting in 5 separate areas. We could not be more pleased with the service.
Our washing machine recently broke and flooded our basement. Our first call was to Servpro who quickly came out and extracted all the water and started removing baseboards to start the drying process. After trying to dry the floor they realized they had to demo the floors which they did in a day and everything was drying properly. They turned a rough situation somewhat better by being so helpful anytime I had questions. They worked well with my insurance and everything was handled very well! Would highly recommend Servpro !
