I hate to leave negative reviews, but I want to warn others. I apologize for the length of this. I contacted Servpro of SE and NE Salem for a free inspection for water damage and a quote for services. What followed were serious issues with billing, communication, and disclosure, leaving me with a bill of over $3,500 and only an asbestos report and a tarp on my roof. Where do I begin - it started off on a cold, rainy night where all seemed well. My family and I were about to head off to bed, when we heard a loud noise downstairs in the basement. When we went to investigate the strange noise, we were met with a flooded basement! We immediately called Servpro and were greeted by Silo who responded within a moments notice. had toilet leek for 7 hours they came in took out the floor carpet in hall, that was all good except for what ever for the took out my shower door did not unscrew the screws just tore them out of the wall bent the wheel hardwhare now I have to get new wheels for my $1000 shower shower oh they also cut the calking on the shower frame but did not take it out, not happy about this at all!!!!
