I hate to leave negative reviews, but I want to warn others. I apologize for the length of this. I contacted Servpro of SE and NE Salem for a free inspection for water damage and a quote for services. What followed were serious issues with billing, communication, and disclosure, leaving me with a bill of over $3,500 and only an asbestos report and a tarp on my roof.
