This company, which manages a large apartment complex, was responsible for cleaning a storage unit. I was present during the cleaning process. While most items were cleaned, furniture, electronics with wooden components, and cardboard items that were contaminated with mold were deemed unsalvageable and discarded. Joseph is an excellent technician, he is super polite, respectful and cautious in our home. He thoroughly explained the work he was doing, he always communicated when he wanted to return to do work or take measurements and was just an all round nice guy and a rock star at his job !

If you have a mold issue please stay away from this company! We had ServPro of Southeast Nashville dispatched to our home to perform water and mold remediation due to a shower leak last year. They did an adequate job remediating the water. However, after they performed the work all of my family members began experiencing rashes, breathing difficulties, and sicknesses. We eventually had an environmental testing company test the areas where ServPro did the remediation work and the test showed they did not remediate the black m... read more
