If you have a mold issue please stay away from this company! We had ServPro of Southeast Nashville dispatched to our home to perform water and mold remediation due to a shower leak last year. They did an adequate job remediating the water. However, after they performed the work all of my family members began experiencing rashes, breathing difficulties, and sicknesses. Excellent work to mitigate water issues. Every employee did fabulous job. Zachary Taylor, Leo, Michael, Chris. All of them very professional and helpful! 100% recommend!!!
The quality of the repair work itself was good, and I appreciate that. However, the overall experience wasn’t great. The process just to get things started took quite a long time—over two months for a relatively small project. One of the most frustrating parts was the difficulty in getting in touch with the assistant. There was a lot of back-and-forth just to make appointments or get simple questions answered.
