The wonderful gentlemen from Servpro of Southeast Milwaukee county responded to my water leak within an hour after i spoke with my American Family Insurance agent. You wouldn't expect a company like this to show as much compassion and concern for myself, my family and my pets, but they did. Servpro handled the cleanup, the drying, the water leak, the drywall repair, texture/paint (color to match) and replacing the baseboard. I would highly recommend these guys.
These guys were onsite within 2 hours of American Family Insurance telling me to call them. Quickly turned a nightmare into an easy to understand and manageable situation. Very well spoken, clean cut and they were clearly concerned with my property, both inside and out. They took the time to explain every step, assist with my insurance agent and make sure all of my concerns were met. Not something you plan for, but I'll be a little less likely to panic next time knowing Servpro of Southeast Milwaukee is in the area.
The guys from Servpro Southeast Milwaukee were extremely fast in responding to my sump pump failure which resulted in a flood. They didn't pressure me into making any irrational decisions, they worked with me to help mitigate with the insurance company.
