The Servpro workers were very easy to work with and the people that came to my house to help with the basement flood were great. At the time of my basement flood, Servpro was very busy with a lot of jobs to take care of. They were still able to fix my issues in a timely manner.
Servpro put fans and dehumidifiers in my basement to help with a basement flood. They dropped off their equipment at 5pm on a Monday. The next day I was calling trying to get the equipment picked up once I found out insurance was not covering it. I was told I would get a call back shortly and never heard anything. I called again a couple hours later and was told the same thing. The equipment did not get picked up until 6pm on Wednesday. Everyone who came to my house to mitigate the water damage in my basement were extremely professional, answered all my questions, and completed the job to the best of my expectations. Have never had any other pros in my house that were better.
I was so pleased with Servpro! Ben explained everything so I understood their process. The crew worked rapidly tearing up the wet carpet. They respected my property as they moved it about. No damage was done. I highly recommend servpro... Especially this crew!
