I cannot recommend ServPro of South Frisco/The Colony highly enough after their incredible remediation work following a major flood in my home. The entire crew—including Jose, Josue, and Alessandro—was great and hard-working throughout the entire process. A special shoutout goes to Brandon and Justin, the first crew members to arrive on the afternoon after the flood. The staff I worked with at Servepro of South Frisco was just the best! Jessalyn Glassgow and her crew of Justin, Forte, and Zac couldn’t have been better. They were respectful, compassionate, and the hardest workers I have seen in a long time. I am so glad that I called Servpro.
