I had a wonderful experience with ServPro during what was, for me, a very stressful water mitigation situation. Vidal truly stood out. He is an incredibly hard worker and a perfectionist in the very best sense of the word. Great experience with ServPro South ABQ. From initial coordination with Amy to Vidal doing a small demo in my home and Miguel finalizing the job with restoration and carpet cleaning. All around great communication, timeliness, and completion of my service request. Additionally, my options for the job were explained with honesty and expert advice. Chris and Vidal are 5 stars plus and very nice people! They transformed my floors! My sad looking tile kitchen floor and even sadder looking carpeted living room now make me smile.
