RecommendedI recommend the clean up portion of Serv Pro. what was maddening was the lack of communication. we never knew when anyone was coming out to check equipment. I didn't know twice until strange people were walking around my house. in conclusion, great at drying and mitigating mold. Horrible at telephone contact

Hands down one of the BEST Servpro franchises in existence next to Metro Pittsburgh of course :)) But seriously....Rick is an amazing leader and the knowledge and customer service levels these folks have to help you with your disaster restoration is bar none the best!!!
