I initially loved working with Servpro. Jeff came out to assess damage from a garage fire and was helpful and kind, the team that assessed the damage after that was quick and incredibly helpful as well. But once it was moved to the restoration team, they have ghosted me and I have not heard from them since I was given a restoration quote. On July 31 I had Zach come out to give me our estimate for the reconstruction (which includes damage done from Servpro while they checked for water damage).
