We had a MASSIVE water leak. It was extremely stressful experience and we had no idea what to do next. Wes T, the production manger, walked us through the entire process. He’s THE MAN! He got Wes R. (crew chief), William, Jaxon, Cyrus, Jacy and Alesha on the problem and got us taken care of. They do a great job!
Wes T mitigation production manager got Drew and his crew right on it. Their work was exceptional and affordable! They also helped me find a great contractor to put every back together. You can’t go wrong with Serve Pro. Great service and really nice people
We had multilevel water damage in our home. We called ServePro and Wes was at our house in less than an hour. Not long after he arrived, Drew, William, Tanner, Ramon and Ramon Jr arrived. I am a Heating and air tech. Went to a job where there was no heat. Servepro cleaned duct work and accidentally ripped down the return along with supply not being insulated where they tore it down. I informed homeowner and they came backs and fixed the return but this is how they “fixed” the supply still leaking in crawl hole like crazy. Customer has no heat elderly and there is a winter storm coming. Not sure what’s going on but duct work isn’t supposed to be supported by plumbing pvc.
