We unfortunately had a pretty significant mold issue at our Gatlinburg rental property. Our maintenance company recommended Servpro to evaluate and treat the issue. This was our second call for water damage to Serve pro just this year. (And hopefully the last) Wes T was so professional and put us at ease right away. He worked with our insurance company and explained the damage, then communicated with our reconstruction contractor so he understood exactly what needed to be done.
