I had a very disappointing experience with ServPro and felt the final bill was completely out of line with what I was led to expect. I had a water issue that needed immediate attention, and ServPro knew time was critical. I was given two options: either wait until Monday to receive a formal written estimate before work began, or authorize the work immediately on Friday based on a verbal estimate from their onsite representative. I got a water backup at the basement of our cabin on Sunday June 28. I called Servpro and they came right away. Production manager Wes T and Jaxon and his crew did cleanup, drying and other mitigation stage work in the short period of time. After that Josh W and his crew did great job in reconstruction of our basement. It was excellent with good quality. Thanks everyone who've been involved in this project!

ServPro is the go-to company for our water damage cleanup and repair at Jefferson County Schools. I was so impressed with their rep, Bekkah Sims, who contacted me about a recent flood at Jefferson County High School before I even knew about it. She had their crew out there on the scene immediately. They took pictures, cleaned up the water, put out fans and dryers and assessed the damage of the gym floor.
