I will say, do not deal with Servpro if you are going through an insurance. They did a good job with mitigation but the insurance refused to pay the amount invoiced by Servpro saying pricing was more than industry standards. Servpro argued it is as per industry standards. I wish Servpro first got the quote approved or did not undertake the work since from the beginning they were saying the third party company which the insurance is dealing with to vet all the invoices are trying to short change customers like me. Had a great experience with Christian and Jaqueline. They were very professional and efficient in analyzing our mold situation using their instruments and taping off the affected areas. When they learned we wanted to redesign our closet and laundry room, they advised us directly and honestly about the most affordable and efficient approach, even though that meant we should work with a different service provider. They are not only great at what they do but they are also very nice people.

Jack, Christian and Jacklyn did a great job helping with the remediation job we needed when we had a leak from an upstairs neighbor. They carefully explained everything they were going to do and handled the job courteously and professionally. I would highly recommend them.
