I wanted to share my experience with SERVPRO of Southeast Long Beach / Belmont Shores after a water leak occurred under my house. Jack Ruiz and his daughter, Jacklyn, came out to perform an inspection, and I was very impressed with their professionalism. Christian and Jacklynn were great with the emergency job at hand. Things were done correctly and Christian explained everything he was doing. Jacklynn made sure things were cleaned up and she made sure the right equipment was used properly for the damage. Christian was very careful with walls and floors taking things out of Condo. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I had a small leak in my tenants house after the rain found a crack in a vent pipe. I was able to address it quickly and get fans set up on my own, but wanted an expert opinion that I was doing everything I could I dry things out. Christian and Jacqueline came out and assessed the moisture and walked me through how they would dry things out. They said other than adding a dehumidifier I was doing everything they would have already. Highly recommend this business. They immediately cleaned up the flood damage of the store where I work. Water was gone in less than an hour, the carpet and walls were dried out and we were back in business. Professional, courteous and genuinely committed to fixing the problem.

Jack, Annette, Christian and Jaclyn are the best team I could have hoped for working on my home! The level of care and communication is outstanding and much appreciated, especially when no one else seems to care about their customers. Jaclyn did most of the demo for our mold issue and every half hour or so she'd come out and explain, in detail, everything happening in a way I could understand.
