DO NOT HIRE! Our project was managed horribly from the start. We had an AC unit leak from our attic causing water damage in 2 bathrooms and our kitchen. John arrived after we called & he gave us his suggestions including remove baseboards and drill holes and remove water damaged ceilings/walls etc. He said he would email over a job proposal which never came.I called 4 times (they had wrong email address) Finally got the estimate which we approved. called again to ask what’s the next step.A girl said we had to pay the deposit... read more

ServPro of Saugus cleaned a house for us that had trash up to the ceilings, tobacco stains on the walls, mold, water damage, etc. The manager of the project, John, worked with us to be sure we got everything we needed and wanted. Called in complete panic mode after a water main break flooded our home. Firefighter on site suggested I call ServPro asap. I did and it was the best decision. They arrived quickly and immediately went to work. Within days the wet items were removed and dehumidifiers were running. My insurance adjuster showed up, said he’s worked with them before and they’re on the same page. It’s been a couple weeks and we’re on to reconstruction. We woke up to an unexpected sound in our basement and discovered that our hot water heater was leaking everywhere. I immediately called Servpro, and their team arrived promptly.
