From scheduling to service I am completely satisfied. My dad is a covid survivor!!! And is about to come home from hospital ..i had servpro come and sanitize the house.. amazing results. Thank u seth! Such a swwetheart!!

Two scheduled appointments, two cancellations - one cancellation was 10 minutes AFTER the appointment. Two half days of work lost.

I had what I thought to be a mold issue after a leak at my house. I called Servpro in Gulf Breeze to get an opinion from them. The service call was free (another company was going to charge $250 just to come out). I met with Kathy and she looked at everything and stated it was not mold and a pretty easy fix. She told me they could take care of it but she told me I could take care of it on my own and it would be cheaper. She explained how to do it and recommended a product off of Amazon. Awesome people!! They are time savers and make sure everything is completed in a timely manner! Carpet cleanings, fire and water restorations, vacancy cleanings.. you name it, they will probably do it!
