Apparently, this is notorious, but I fell victim, and I would like to pass it along. It is not just that they are not good communicators or that mistakes happen, it is that they are intentionally deceitful, which is especially frustrating when they know that it will delay the job and keep a person out of their home longer. They also rush and pressure you to sign off on the demo and ask for a positive review before you know of problems. There were problems.

Joe Sigala & Bobby Predregon were absolute saints to work with! I am so grateful to have all of our mold issues gone! Before they started the whole process I felt so stressed out about what our lives would look like for the next few days or weeks, they came in and helped me move things around and made the containment area very livable. The whole process was easy breezy and they made us feel so safe and comfortable! In a not so ideal situation it helps so much to have such wonderful people take care of you! Thanks again guys!

We were very anxious and nervous after suffering a bathroom flood. They responded quickly and knew what and where to check for damage which we were unfamiliar with. All the staff that responded were very polite and professional. Every time I called(which was often) with questions they were responsive and understanding of our anxiety, and answered our questions. Whoever drives the van with plate number 31509F1 is a maniac and tried to run me off the road. Does 60 in a 45 and tries to pass 3 cars on a merge lane, and when he doesn't make it he just assumes you'll slam on the brakes for him instead.
