What you cant see CAN hurt you!! They seem polite and responsive- but botched job, not honoring 3 year gaurantee. Matt & company rushed in a sucked up sewage water, brought fans, dehumidifiers but did not block vents and left hvac untreated so mold and bacteria spread throughout my house. Professional sampling near vents ($600 sample before job was clear), indicate multiple forms of mold that only grow if water sitting (like in hvac). They also failed to follow industry standards by forgetting to take out a shower —> mold. M... read more
Bad experience when our basement flooded. They left fans running for days and days and it racks up the charges and the homeowner has to go off of their “experience” during a crisis. They’re going to respond by saying that I consented to the industry “standard” price gouging…but doesn’t change the fact that you’ll be left out of pocket a lot of money if you use these guys.
I have never dealt with a company so unprofessional. They literally tried charging me double of what it should have been. Then claiming that they did services they never did. It's unbelievable. I'm extremely disappointed. I am told they want to fix this and do the right thing so they send me another bill charging me AGAIN for services never done. You guys do not care at all about the customers you only care about scamming people who you think won't notice.
My root cellar flooded from a broken sewer line. I tried multiple companies and no one could figure out how to clean it out. After 4 days of back and forth with other companies, I got in touch with ServPro. They came out same day, got the equipment and started the very dirty job of cleaning it. Not only did they do more in 6 hours than 3 other companies did in 4 days, but they were extremely respectful of my property, and very kind.
