If I could rate zero, I would. They literally used a reciprocating saw on my home refrigerant line to move the Forced Air Unit (FAU) and Evaporator off the saturated platform they were there to repair. The wood and drywall of the platform was wet. Though they did restore the platform, and drywall perfectly, they left the FAU/Evaporator on our garage floor without any words to us on what they're doing next to restore our home's heating and air. I had a sewer issue and my Cabin was flooded. Servpro was hired to remediate. Then my house keeper arrived…there was a bad smell in the corners especially, as there was still sewage in places. The floor was also dirty as she sent me videos of the mop being brown already after cleaning every few feet. I texted and sent Photos and they apologized and offered To send out a new crew. It was a pleasure working with William Diaz and his crew. They were efficient, capable, respectful of my things, courteous and friendly. Blanca was very helpful being the only lady with the crew. She was able to help me place things in their proper place. I would definitely recommend and have them in the future should I need them.
