I don't like writing negative reviews, but the service I have gotten from ServPro has been negligent at best. My 100 square-foot bathroom restoration took over eleven months. My project began in September 2021 after water and black mold damage was discovered. The remediation process alone, which should have taken three weeks, lasted two months due to a slow pace and a failed mold test, culminating in a full demolition down to the studs. Servpro is the best for cleaning up & restoring your flooded or damaged home. Benji & Gage worked late into the night & setup a bunch of machines to dry out my lower level after a main drain break & backup. When they came back again they also checked everything & disinfected, leaving the dehumidifiers to continue taking the moisture out of the air!
