They did fantastic job cleaning my ductwork. The were very professional, polite and knew what they were doing showing me before and after cleaning. I'd highly recommend them and use them again if I needed to.

I had a water pipe break in my home and it flooded my entire home while away overnight. I called Servpro and their response was stellar. they were at my home within 30 min and got to work immediately. I used Servpro as a one stop shop for demolition and construction, it was the best decision! The workmanship for the construction was awesome. I had the pleasure of working with Patrick at ServPro of NW Portland. He was quick to respond to emails, phone calls and texts. He was patient with me while explaining the details of the process and what I could expect. Even when I asked him the same question twice, he didn't make me feel like I was being annoying. It's a stressful situation to have damage to my house and Patrick made me feel cared for.

From 10/13/20 - 10/30/20 ServPro repaired a leak in our ceiling. During the repairs Blake from ServPro stated he would be sending someone out to tarp the roof. We were not advised that this was contracted out to an outside company nor were we told of the additional cost. Upon receiving the bill we spoke with Stacy, a manager at ServPro, and were advised that contractors can charge ServPro for the cost of the services and the cost is not questioned. Horrible - avoid at all costs. Price gouged us $7500+ after the Woolsey Fire to put a tarp on our roof to protect from water damage when the normal cost is 1/3rd that at most. Did so-so work with the tarp mostly coming apart in the first winds. Then sent us to collections to collect their illegal payment forcing us to have to complain to the state and county agencies.

Failed to preform contract, failed to use real wood materials as contracted, repeatedly missed completion dates that they set then walked off the job after being criticized by the insurance company that told them the same thing the property owner did “the work is nit acceptable, the materials are not as contracted and you have ignored everything the owner has complained about and continued doing subpar work”.
