Quick synopsis: Fast response time initially, but poor communication, questionable workmanship, and unresolved flood damage issues left us feeling that the insurance payout mattered more than properly restoring our home. Full review: We had a flood on January 1st. I called the company at 8am, and they had someone at my house by 2pm, which I appreciated—especially since they had no prior notice and I live about 45 minutes away. Don and his team were great! They were timely and did a great job. Don was knowledgeable and always kept me informed on the process and the next steps. Would recommend Servpro to anyone!

Had an appointment for them to come over and give me an estimate and schedule the work. I waited an hour then called their office. I was told the guy called the Servpro office 3 minutes before the appointment and told them, IF I CALL, to reschedule for next week because they have just started another job.

I called on a Friday at 11:45 am after a 7" rain Thursday evening. I was pretty sure I wouldn't see anybody until Monday. My call was returned at noon and I had 2 ServPro guys at my house by 12:35!! After a review of the situation (water in a finished basement) and a guess for the cause, they immediately set to work. More help was brought in and by 4:20 in the afternoon, the damage had been removed and the drying process begun. Staff arrived at appointed times on Saturday and Sunday to check equipment and check the progress.... read more
