Had 2 water leaks. Insurance contacted them. They showed up about 2 weeks later. Then they showed up 3 days early for demolition., which appts had to canceled to accommodate them. They only turned in estimates for bathroom. Not the kitchen. They threw out stuff as in plumbing that wasn't suppose to be. They were to start restoration and didnt show up. Impressed with my estimator and thoroughness of his estimate to clean and restore basement. The team that came to do the service were very efficient and communicated any problems or what they were doing to fix the problem areas. They were very thorough in discarding trash and left basement very clean. I rate this service with a five star service. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if needed.
