We had a freak flood from a broken sink line. Our home was soaked. The clean-up crew did a very good job. Based on that, we hired them to do the rebuild for the bathroom - our biggest mistake. (I believe a different office handled this.) They tried to take a shortcut with the floor repair. When the floor began bubbling within days, I called them back. Do not trust them to do mould remediation. I have no idea why Usi and Auto Owners Insurance hired them to work in my home. They had no clue. Left wet wood and Dry Wall, And had NO trained workers. If I had not had a minimum amount of knowledge, they would’ve closed up the walls and I would’ve been living with mould

We had a lot of damage at our place due to the tornado in June and had Servpro handle the work. Thanks to Greg, who stayed on top of all the repairs and communicated with us very well, the work was completed to our satisfaction. Greg did an outstanding job.

Dana and Bubba and the rest of the crew were great. They were thorough and kind and helpful when I didn’t know what I was doing after a fire in my home. They cleaned carefully, and answered all of my questions. I really appreciate all of the Servpro group for their help and guidance going through this process.
