Salvatore and Yolanda are a great team. They arrived on time, did their introductions,and I showed them my problem floor. They are very good at what they do, answered all of my questions and even told about the equipment they were using and the function of each piece. They are very knowledgeable. I enjoyed them just being regular people but also Professional. They did a fantastic job.
I was debating leaving a review at all but almost a month later I’m still finding stuff to add to my endless list of complaints. To keep it short, if you have any other option available to you for what work you need done, take it. No matter how much more expensive, I promise you it’s worth it. Any company has to have better professionalism and general care for their quality of work.
Quick response to the flash flood that flooded our basement and garage. Courtesy and professionalism were demonstrated by Ryan and Salvador and appreciated during this disaster.
Salvador and Gabe did a excellent job on the midagation and they are very trust worthy and knowledgeable and friendly and hope to see them again
