I cannot say enough positives about ServPro. Shane deserves a 10 out 5 stars! On the evening of the event, within 40 minutes of our late evening call, Shane arrived at our home and immediately jumped into remediation mode until 1 or 2am to tackle the big things. Shane was VERY action oriented, a fantastic communicator, customer focused, professional, and an exemplary project manager!
The crew was kool respectful of my space and they came in did there job that was expected.
