This is a review of work in progress, so I may post again when the remediation is complete. I cannot say enough good things about the two young men who came to our rescue today, Salvador and Ryan. We walked into an unlivable mess and they left us comfortable and drying out rapidly with the big green machines. Kind and reassuring, professional and personable. I have never in my life seen such exceptional service in ANY industry. My family and I were on vacation when my upstairs HVAC system failed and destroyed the insulation and ceiling in my baby’s room. I made one phone call to Servpro of Roanoke Rapids and within a few minutes they were already there. We arrived home yesterday and if I didn’t know or hadn’t seen it before. Stephen and his team are immaculate! We had an air unit leak onto an upstairs ceiling. They responded immediately and had everything cleaned up and put back together in a couple of days! They are fast, professional, and they care!
