My mother had Servpro come and paint some of her rooms. The price she was quoted in the price at the end were two different amounts. It was not thoroughly explained by the estimator or the estimator did not ask appropriate questions about if she wanted the baseboards painted. When you have a room painted logically everybody would think that would include the baseboards however with Servpro, it does not. The painting crew was wonderful however, the people running the office I question their competency
We had a fire in our boat during the winter a few years ago (2022). There didn't appear to have been any flames, when we took the cover off to get ready for the summer we discovered there had been a smoldering electrical fire over the winter. It had created black soot that invaded EVERY crack and crevasse of our boat, a colossal mess! We took the boat to Servpro's warehouse in Salem where they worked on the cleanup out of the weather. I had SERVPRO out to my home for a 2nd unrelated job, and once again---top notch service from Kevin and his crew of Kari and Tyrone. Would definitely recommend and will use again if the need arises. We unfortunately had flooding from a water heater failure. Servpro was on site within a couple of hours. They took control of a bad situation and had a crew on-site the same day to remove water and start the clean up and restoration process. All the managers, Dakota, Casey and the crew of Daniel, Matthew, Scott and everyone were the most professional and courteous representatives. We highly recommend Servpro and would call them again in a minute.
