Called Servpro about gray water in my crawl space, and with fumes everywhere and 3 minor children in the house, Servnobody wanted $500 off of my credit card just to make a house call and was told the final price could be up to $2000! I ended up getting my shop vac, did the job myself, a GOOD plumber fixed the sewage leak at NO CHARGE and I put down lime myself! Never would I ever recommend ServPro for ANY job. The Servpro crew were so helpful and made this process as painless as possible. Dakota, who led the crew was very professional friendly and did exactly what needed to be done. They also cleaned up so well and were on time with finishing the job as estimated. I can’t thank her enough for the great work she did along with her crew.

Called for a quote on a small bathroom mold remediation. Paid the $150 quote fee to go towards the work. I called three times to get someone to schedule the work in the first place. Then the morning of the job, while I am at work, they call and leave a voicemail they are on the way but their boss just told them that they need me to pay the full remaining balance before they can start and they sent me an email to pay around the same time as the voicemail. I had a 100 year old cast iron sewer line crack in a wall in my kitchen. I had all the plumbing in the house replaced to prevent any future surprises. A local plumber replaced the pipes/drain. I had mold, water damage to the hardwood requiring the floor near the pipe break to be replaced. I had holes in the ceiling and walls where the plumbing upstairs was replaced.
