My indoor, climate-controlled storage facility has a ground water problem. This has created havoc for nearly a week. Expensive items have been sitting in water for almost 5 days without mitigation. I wanted to take a minute to say thank you to the professionals at Serpro for helping us with the pervasive cat urine smell in my house. We had had the carpets steam cleaned, but that only worked for a little while. The products and the people at Servpro were far beyond my expectations. From start to finish the personnel were amazing. Kevin was able to show me why we had the smells an Keri, Tyrone and Fabiola were diligent in making those smells vacate the premises. Thank you again!
