Wanted to take a moment to say great things about my experience with Servpro and Kevin, Cindy and Kari because I had to have an apartment cleaned out due to a family emergency and wouldn't have been able to do it without professional help and they all made it very easy and stress free, especially since I wasn't even local. They traveled a bit outside their service area and really took a load off of my stress level, responded quickly and let me solve a huge problem! I highly recommend. Great service and great people.

Called for a quote on a small bathroom mold remediation. Paid the $150 quote fee to go towards the work. I called three times to get someone to schedule the work in the first place. Then the morning of the job, while I am at work, they call and leave a voicemail they are on the way but their boss just told them that they need me to pay the full remaining balance before they can start and they sent me an email to pay around the same time as the voicemail. We experienced a significant amount of water damage on a Friday afternoon at our lakehouse, which is 4 hours south of our primary residence. I've never worked with ServPro but reached out in a panic Friday afternoon. Aaron Martin and Jonathan Jackson of ServPro had a crew at my house at a moment's notice on Friday evening and the team worked at our house until midnight that night. Called Servpro about gray water in my crawl space, and with fumes everywhere and 3 minor children in the house, Servnobody wanted $500 off of my credit card just to make a house call and was told the final price could be up to $2000! I ended up getting my shop vac, did the job myself, a GOOD plumber fixed the sewage leak at NO CHARGE and I put down lime myself! Never would I ever recommend ServPro for ANY job. The Servpro crew were so helpful and made this process as painless as possible. Dakota, who led the crew was very professional friendly and did exactly what needed to be done. They also cleaned up so well and were on time with finishing the job as estimated. I can’t thank her enough for the great work she did along with her crew.
