Had our entire house flooded due to a water main break. I’ll give them this much credit.. they did Show up to our house promptly and put fans in for 4 days and did a little moisture vacuuming… basically the bare minimum. For this we were charged $5000 incl tax. Our insurance claim was complicated… we had to have a large loss adjuster, a personal property adjuster and a civil engineer fly in from out of state to review our damage and on top of that we have to work with the city because it was a city water main that broken who... read more
