This is a recommendation for ServePro of Richardson, but more specifically for Jose Guerrero who acted as the general contractor and insurance liaison. We met Jose of ServePro when we had an insurance claim for flooding in our home. From the beginning Jose was very helpful in working with the insurance company and being sure they had all the information they needed. I had the pleasure of having Memo, Trent, and Oswaldo out to my house to check for mold in both my attic and crawl space. They were respectful, clean, and thorough while here to do their job. They shared the results with me and gave me honest suggestions.

Over the last year, we had multiple floods at our office. Each time was a total disaster, but we were able to lean on ServePro throughout the situation. They got to us quickly and stopped by each day to keep a close eye on the machinery and check moisture levels. The whole team was great and I would definitely recommend using them!
