I had Servpro clean walls, ceiling, carpets due to 40+ years of smoking damage. The mitigation crew did a great job cleaning the walls and ceilings. Melissa and I communicated well to get things done. However, in mid project it became necessary to perform encapsulation, which falls under the reconstruction department, for the heavier smoked rooms.
