David deserves to be commended for going above & beyond his assigned duties. First, he is courteous & respectful. But beyond that he took the time to explain in detail his duties & took the time to answer all my questions. He is the type of employee who engenders trust & a knowledge that if ever I need the services provided by Servpro, I would specifically request that David be assigned to take care of the necessary services.

I had water damage and my insurance company recommended ServPro to deal with the water mitigation. Immediately I got a call from Austin to set up his appointment for assessment the same day! He was very informative and explained the whole process thoroughly, which made me feel at ease. My dog was sick and Servpro came out to clean my carpets, one carpet in particular didn't come clean and the serviceman said he would come back if the stain was still there, with another chemical. He called me back and said the boss said no to just get a new carpet. They don't even guarantee their cleaning. I will never use or recommend them to anyone. Bad way to do business. Very happy with the level of knowledge and professionalism. Had an emergency leak that put water inbetween our kitchen floorboards. David was extremely helpful in getting us back to normal. Thanks much!
