Amazing Customer Service – Hard to believe there are still companies out there that provide excellent customer service. Servpro of Redmond is one of those few companies that knows how to provide the service we all expect and want. We had a water damage from our refrigerator. They were very caring on the phone about our problem and asked enough details that when they arrived they were ready to help us. SERVICE AND EXPERTISE = A++ We recently had water damage from our upstairs laundry room. The connector hose broke and sprayed water everywhere, including down into our kitchen. I called at 8 PM and spoke to the owner, Steve. He was here at my home in less than 30 minutes, and he had a crew on site 30 minutes later. Because of SERVPRO OF REDMOND'S quick response and specialized equipment ,they were able to dry out my home and especially the kitchen without having to ripe it completely apart. SERVPRO IS THE BEST! Unfortunately I have had two water claims in 10 years. There is know comparison. SERVPRO OF REDMOND was incredibly knowledgable, extremely communicative throughout the process, and left our place better than before the water damage. Our insurance adjuster was happy that we were using a very well known and professional company.Call SERVPRO OF REDMOND if you want it done right.
