Would never recommend this company, they are terrible with communication and dishonest. I had a water/mold claim through my insurance, initially when work was to be done I asked for what their estimated cost was and their response was, "We know what your insurance is paying out." I mistakenly let them begin work, they found additional damage and finally once my insurance requested a supplement/estimate they provided one and they listed on the estimate work that was done on 2 different dates that did not happen and Blake's re... read more
Dave, Tim and Steve were a godsend! After a horrific fire event, We needed guidance. Dave was right there on the scene. He answered all our questions, and didn’t give us any runarounds. He kept all the promises that that he made on the timeline. Our house came out way better than we could have ever dreamed. We want to thank Tim for running such a wonderful organization. Not impressed. Months ago we contacted them because we had an issue with black mold in 2 of our bathrooms. There were issues with that first experience but I ignored them since I thought they had at least taken care of my black mold problem. When they first came out to quote I showed them the one bathroom and he told me the dry wall would have to come down in the one bathroom but the other bathroom it could just be cleaned. I told him it wasn't drywall, it was plaster and he said "same difference, doesn't matter" so I assume... read more
