contracted with Servpro of Clinton in Oct. 2023 to cleanup and repair a small fire. To this day they have not finished but are demanding full payment. Numerous calls and emails have been made to rectify the issue but has not.
Out of everything bad comes something good. Had a water crisis 18 months ago, contacted Jeff and his team at Servpro, and they quickly, completely and professionally remedied the situation. I had the pleasure of working with Patrick at ServPro of NW Portland. He was quick to respond to emails, phone calls and texts. He was patient with me while explaining the details of the process and what I could expect. Even when I asked him the same question twice, he didn't make me feel like I was being annoying. It's a stressful situation to have damage to my house and Patrick made me feel cared for.
