Servpro sent out Paul and Fred to help dry up a water leak. They were courteous, professional and knew their job. Everything is drying out and they were able to save the kitchen cabinets. They were also on time. I would recommend Servpro to anyone needing such serves.

We are so appreciative and thankful for the compassionate and hardworking crews for our unexpected water mitigation issue for our home. The fear of the unknown and what the process going forward is was overwhelming, but Mason, Ashley, Christian, Brent, Paul and Fred were so amazing to us and knowledgeable. We can't thank them enough! We even missed seeing them after 8 days straight. Great crews! Highly recommend IF you need help! Also thank you to Jason and Aaron as consultants.

Randy is an excellent crew leader, and his assistant Brandon goes out of his way to be courteous and helpful. All who helped them were friendly good workers as well. Remediation is not easy work, and we greatly appreciate their tenacity to get the job well done with positivity.

Quick shoutout to Fred & Paul for their professionalism while cleaning our office ducts in Rapid City. We were fully open while they were doing the ducts and they were sensitive to & respectful of everyone working. Thanks a bunch to you both for not making your presence known too much! :)
