On February 14th, 2026, I noticed water flowing within my garage and traced it to a serious leak occurring from an upstairs shower. The stain on the garage ceiling was 5’x5’ and on the right hand side, it was dripping steadily. Needless to say, it was an emergency situation that had happened on a 3 day weekend.
