We had a water hose on our fridge disconnect overnight on a Friday. Saturday morning, we woke to a flood. Within 3 hours, the serve pro team was at our home armed with fans and workers to eliminate the soaking wet insultation. They were prompt, returning the Monday after Christmas to finish the clean-up. The staff on the phone and the service techs were wonderful.
I was very pleased with the quick clean-up and service provided by SERVPRO. Along with my partner, we operate two local funeral homes, each a very sensitive business. It is wonderful to think that when you are faced with an emergency on a disastrous level, SERVPRO will be there in a flash to remedy the situation no matter what it takes.
