I had an unseen water leak in my kitchen that had seeped beneath my hardwood floors. My insurance company hired Servpro to remediate which involved checking the moisture level beneath the floors, brought in fans and dehumidifier. After approx. week they removed my lower cabinets including packing the contents, removed the floor and treated the sub floor with a bacteria solution. I would highly recommend calling SERVPRO of Putnam County for fast, efficient and professional service! Quickly cleaned and sanitized a real mess in our basement due to back up in main line.

From both the office side and the on-site PM overall, great communication was very satisfied with the end results of their work. Great team would highly recommend. Helped me take care of some home issues prior to the holidays. Were quick and efficient with their work.
