Chris went out of his way to see that I was happy with the service. It's very refreshing to see a company take the time to work with their customers and resolve any issues or questions.
RecommendedWe were dreading having to have major remediation work done the weekend before Christmas, but a tree fell on our house during a torrential rain storm so there was concern about mold. Servpro scheduled with us to come out on Saturday, December 19th to tear down some walls and some of the ceiling in the room that was affected by the tree. The crew that came did an amazing job. Servpro industries is the worst company in America! 7 months of hell, and it isn't over.
Antonio Silva was our project manager, who came out to assess my water damage and document the work needed. He came out at the same time as Ryan and his cleanup team. Antonio did his assessment quickly and professionally and had the team get started. Soon they had discovered other damaged areas that were not visible needing to be addressed. Antonio said he would take care of contacting my insurance company and later that day had approval from my insurance company to do the additional work.
