Servpro was great at drying up our school after a sprinkler pipe burst and leaked down half of the school. They very quickly came and started working right away. Blake was easy to communicate with and his team Matt and Matthew and the whole crew were very helpful and communicative.
The team was quick, and the people were polite. But it felt like a waste of 954 dollars because the problem was never solved and I was under the impression we’d get a resolution and the water would be gone. Maybe there was some miscommunication but regardless I was left with feeling like I literally flushed my money down the toilet.
My husband and i ( the Salamas) just had serve pro over for the past week , and they did amazing. Matt was very very informative and very helpful and gave us such good info on what’s going on. Tyler was also great too and answered a lot of our questions !! The whole crew was more than helpful and did very good very clean work. We appreciate everything they had done for us.
