amazing response time and extremely considerate. to keep a very sad and terrible story short and easy for me to tell , back in october of 2025 my brother passed in his room and it was a terrible thing( im not sure what to even write and i don't want to re live it) . Servpro took our call and understood what was needed and how delicate emotions were at the house . them came in and cleaned up and even set-up a plan to help fix the rug that needed to be gutted. just amazing people over there
SERVPRO of Port Jefferson owned by Risa Kluger has been my go to company for restoration. My home in Southampton had water damage from a AC issue, I had a fire and most recently I had a mold problem. SERVPRO of Port Jefferson came in and did an excellent job with all three issues. They made the house brand new. Like it never even happened.
My basement flooded from the big rain storm and it was a mess. Dennis and his team came in and ripped the whole thing out, cleaned and dried the area and finally fixed the whole thing up! I can’t tell you how happy I am and I couldn’t believe how quick they got it done! Dennis was awesome and responsive the whole time. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
