From the initial call (after a burst pipe that flooded our house) Bryon did what was most important- Assured us help was on the way! Very fast response time. The Servpro team was responsive, expressed care and understanding, took everything off our plate. Once the mitigation was done, the project manager took things from there. They had great communication throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!
Our ceiling caved in and the ladies and gentlemen came in and cleaned up most of the damage. We had Bec, Brittney, Malik and Karl doing the work. Here is before and after.
after my original 8 to 10 mouth deadline can and gone they give me a new deadline 10 to 12 months i am now going on 15 months and David Flood has promised me that I will be finished with in 2 weeks on the punch list walkthrough and that was almost 4 weeks ago i was forced to make decisions and change things just to keep the project moving forward and because we are almost done Dave is off on other projects and I'm still in limbo waiting again they where fully aware of what was supposed to be done at the beginning Dave consta... read more
