UPDATE: After reaching out to SERVPRO, they were kind enough to assess the damages that occured due to weaker materials. Originally, they had come in to do work on an insurance claim and the ceiling tiles collapsed. Although they had matched the original tiling that was there, the replacement tiles paled in quality. Understanding this, SERVPRO came and installed boards instead of tiles, ensuring a collapse would never happen again. Thanks to everyone who was able to assist us. DO NOT hire this company...Had them assess for mold remediation. Hired paid 50% deposit..claimed job completed..it was NOT...sent them photos, they came to review and agreed the job was not done properly. Promised to return and complete "once materials were back in stock"...that was summer of 2023...will be 3 years soon and have never heard from them. WARNING DO NOT USE THEM

Servpro was paid in full by the insurance company after we had ground water flood in spring ‘25. Tim and his team refused to come finish the job and has ignored phone calls from us and the ins. There are multiple areas that are NOT complete (not pictured below). The “third party” according to an employee, who moved our stuff has not return some valuable items, ServPro refuses to acknowledge our missing stuff. I do not recommend using this Servpro location. We hired them to clean up after a small fire in our sunroom. They did the clean up and took away some patio cushions and carpets to clean. They have never returned our items. We have called several times and sent text messages. They do not even have the courtesy to return our calls. They have either lost or stolen our items. In March 2024 I made a claim to my insurance company. They informed me the Servpro would be right out as I had shingles blown off my house. Their response was immediate. No action was required at this time as I had replaced the blown off shingles myself in the rain before their arrival. Through numerous phone calls to my insurance company I was told by them that my job was too small and kept getting pushed back. In November a subcontractor from Servpro was able to repair my siding which was also part of the original claim. S... read more
