"SERVPRO loves fires". An odd way to begin a review, I know. These were the exact words our insurance adjuster said, once we accepted our adjuster's first suggested choice to go with SERVPRO. Our Home flooded after a waterline broke. We were not home so the entire house flooded for over 24 hours. We never experienced anything like this before, Servpro was contacted to do clean up and demo. They were on site within an hour with equipment to dry the house out, clearly explained the process and gave me suggestions on how to work with the insurance company. I found the Servpro staff to be responsive and helpful, especially their onsite tech Chelsea. She is knowledgeable, efficient, dedicated and very professional. I would not hesitate to call the company again for any water issues.
