In November, we had a sump pump failure during a major storm, resulting in 3 inches of water in our entire finished basement. We have our homeowners' insurance with Hartford with sump pump failure coverage. Hartford recommended ServPro. I called ServPro, and they responded quickly and did a nice job removing the water, taking up the carpet, and removing the bottom 4 inches of drywall - a total of about 4 hours with two ServPro workers. Stephanie, the Operations Manager, and her crew were all wonderful to work with! On Mother’s day, May 11, 2025, my husband and I went for a 1 1/2-hour bike ride. When we returned, we saw water dripping from our kitchen ceiling. While we were away the toilet tank in the bathroom above the kitchen cracked and leaked water through our 3-story house with an inch of water already in the basement. Our neighbors had a house fire, which resulted in my house having smoke n soot damage as we live in a townhouse. Servpro was hired from the home owners insurance company to clean the structure of the house since we r renters. They were absolutely the worst! They didn't clean anything correctly n didn't move anything out of the way to clean behind or under.
