On Mother’s day, May 11, 2025, my husband and I went for a 1 1/2-hour bike ride. When we returned, we saw water dripping from our kitchen ceiling. While we were away the toilet tank in the bathroom above the kitchen cracked and leaked water through our 3-story house with an inch of water already in the basement. Our neighbors had a house fire, which resulted in my house having smoke n soot damage as we live in a townhouse. Servpro was hired from the home owners insurance company to clean the structure of the house since we r renters. They were absolutely the worst! They didn't clean anything correctly n didn't move anything out of the way to clean behind or under. Even after we complained to the manager, they were sent back out, n I walked them around my house to show them what all they didn't do n needed to be done. They still didn... read more
