She was fast and through good job
The water mitigation portion of the services was okay. But when it came down to doing the repairs, I had the most disappointing experience. My repairs were simple: replace vinyl in the bathroom floor and patch up and repaint the kitchen ceiling. I was told it would be all done in 2 days over a 2-week period. Instead, it took 5 days of work over a month and a half and a lot of headaches. The coordinator lacked accountability, always blaming the contractor for his lack of communication.
