On Wednesday morning (Feb 12), our hot water heater overflowed and we had water in our basement! I spoke with Phil (COO of ServPro Pasadena) who was extremely helpful. Phil did share that (due to the snowstorm) they were not running trucks that day. However, he was able to send a team that evening! Dominic was the lead technician.
