A worker from Servpro entered my home without notice or permission while only minors were present. No introduction, no explanation—just walked in and began working in the basement. Later, an anonymous note claimed it was a mistake and meant for a different address. This caused significant fear and distress. Completely unacceptable and deeply alarming.
