Sergio and Justin came within an hour of being called for a leak in my roof. They were very respectful and courteous during the days they were here at my home. They are top notch employees and ServPro is fortunate to have such caring and personable employees. I also had other ServPro employees, Andrew & Juan, who performed additional tasks and also provided exceptional service. I would not hesitate to call ServPro in the future.

Xavier Duenas did an excellent job negotiating with my insurance company and fighting for me when they gave me a low bal estimate. He is highly skilled at what he dose. I could not recommend his service any higher.

Lisa, who was responsible for my “contents” was the Hero of this experience exhibiting concern for my property and communicating effectively at all times. Following her closely on the hero list is Sabrina who found herself in the middle between “mitigation team” and “construction team”. Mitigation team ranks “1” on a scale of 1-10! Construction team is hard to rank with some really good performance and a few frustrations. I’m glad it’s about completed. It was far more stressful than it needed to be.

Had repairs done inside and outside my house. The work was done well, on time, and on budget. They even took the time, instead of just doing the repair straightaway, to make sure the root cause of the interior damage was what we thought, and it was actually something else that they then fixed. Very pleased with the quality of the work.

Ian did a great job as our initial contact with ServPro. He kept us informed of progress through demolition and submission of the repair quote to the insurance company. Very good communication, prompt and easy to understand.
