I called and the young lady came out right away .very professional and knowledgeable.
I absolutely do not recommend this ServePro. We also spoke briefly with Plainfield who gave far better service, this specific location seems to have poor management and office support. We had flooding the Saturday before Easter and called ServePro to see whether a tech could come out. After a week of heavy rains and a holiday weekend, they said they’d try.
