The Servpro team has been great! Our team lead Diana was so helpful and showed great care for our tenants. She made sure they knew everything that needed to happen and took really good care of people and their belongings. The closing team were super efficient and helpful. We had extensive water damage and John & Carlos were able to assess all the levels to make sure everything was dry and pull all the equipment without being disruptive to the tenants. The ServPro mitigation team supervised by knowledgeable and dedicated team leaders Nora, Rebecca, and Jose did an excellent job of mitigating our entire home. The team came in every morning and left every evening in great spirits after a day of hard work. It was evident that they all took pride in their jobs and were service oriented in making sure our home was well cared for and restored to a safe environment. They were respectful and courteous.
