(Team Toft) The work that ServPro did to mitigate our mold issue in our kitchen was on par. The calls and communication met standard expectations. Something that I felt to be lacking was the quality of customer service for a few reasons (1) We had lots of questions about the containment setup, the equipment, and the dos/don'ts that weren't well-explained.
