*** Response- I reached out many times copying management. The last communication I had with them was sending screen shots of texts, emails, and photos of damage done with no response. If zero stars was possible, it would still be to much. Servpro was nothing but disappointing. From the quality of work, to communication. From the beginning they did not take an inventory of the items they threw away from water damage, which they assured me they would. I had a house fire back in April. Savannah and her team were great to work with. Savannah was VERY responsive and i know i probably annoyed her a bit but she never acted like it. Very grateful for them.
