Zoey was excellent and efficient
Wesley and crew did a marvelous job of water damage control, pack out of affected area, and putting everything back when construction was finished, but MAJOR kudos to Mike Smith at the Mid-South Construction branch for a painless and perfect reconstruction of our home. Mike met his crew here for a picky 2 item punch list we made 2 months after the job was finished. They dealt with an incompetent insurance company who we recently replaced. Bravo, guys!
We recently had Servpro come out to help repair damage from a bad leak in our home, and overall it was a solid experience. Campbell and Mike were both professional and easy to work with throughout the process. I especially want to highlight Mario, Marshall, Justin, and Camden — they went above and beyond. I've had a great experience with the ServPro team! Kirk, Marshall, Dillion, and Ramone are excellent to work with! Very professional and efficient. Preston was on top of the call and had someone out in 90 min. Wesley is great with communicating. We didn't have any experience in this issue, so we're thankful this team is walking us through it!
I had an excellent experience with Servpro. After severe weather caused a large tree branch to crash through our roof and ceiling, Wesley and Mr. Kirk responded immediately. They arrived quickly, removed the heavy branches from both the roof and inside the home, and secured the damaged areas just before another storm hit.
