This is in reference only and exclusively to the ServPro Westchase/Oldsmar franchisee d/b/a MAGJ Company owned/operated by James “Jaime” Farrell and Meghan Farrell. It is worth noting ServPro operates under a franchise model so this review is limited to this specific franchisee. This ServPro franchise in my opinion is dishonest and in my opinion has committed insurance fraud. We had amazing service from the technicians Brian and Marcus. They took their time to make sure all of my questions were answered and work was completed well. Our business Phenix Salon Suites runs 24 hours a day 7 days a week and they made sure the equipment was not in the way of operations. The site was cleaned well each day and it was a great experience!!
