They don’t respect their workers; they allow bosses to mistreat their employees; if they complain, they do nothing. And on top of that, the bosses don’t work; they just want to exploit others and take credit for work they didn’t do. I myself saw an older woman mistreat other girls, and when her boss called her, she said, “I’m done with the job,” as if she had been alone.

I am very pleased with the flooring in my kitchen, office, half bath and laundry. Everyone at ServePro was professional and helpful. The flooring company was excellent and the 2 guys who installed worked continuously and treated my home with respect. There was a problem with the first paint/shoe molding crew. They told me they would be here Sat, no show then told me Mon, no show then told me Tues no show. Not only did I waste 3 days waiting but did not appreciate the lies. Joe and Mike were the best. Very professional, explained in detail what was happening to the house with all the water damage and what the course of action was to repair in order to get us back to normality in this hectic time. Very punctual and always cleans up after working. Would recommend highly. Thank you Joe and Mike!!!

Every member of the SERVPRO team was simply amazing! They were super helpful explaining the process and getting things coordinated with my insurance company. You couldn't ask for a nicer group of people. I'd highly recommend SERVPRO of Pickens to handle your messiest of messes.
