Thanks to Helene, I had to contact ServPro for help getting water out of a flooded basement. Within 24 hours (mind you….power is still out at this time) they had a crew here to remove water and help get out the most damaged rugs and such. Strider and his partner worked through downed trees to access our neighborhood to help me as soon as they could. My initial contact with ServPro was positive and they were fast to respond. Our water supply line to our upstairs bathroom, broke 4 days prior to hurricane Helene hitting. Servpro sent their team within hours the next morning. Team consisted of team leader, JJ, Garrett & Jason the 1st day. Then J J & Garret handled it all for the next 10 days, including the interruption of five days with no power. I do not have his last name, as I know him as J.J. He did the initial estimate and is one of the most professional people that have worked on my house - regardless of the trade. The crews that did the work on my house left the job unfinished and I was terribly disappointed. Servpro had J.J. contact me. He came to my house the next day and completed the work. This Servpro location is lucky to have him.
