When the city sewer backed up into our basement, ServPro responded immediately. Mike and Joe, Hayley and Elise, and their team did fantastic work. Elise and Hayley especially went out of their way to salvage what was important to us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if this type of service is needed.
Joe and Mike have been fantastic in helping with removal of water damaged ceiling and floors, and getting our home dried out. They are friendly and personable, I would recommend them highly.

Serv Pro is cleaning out an apartment in my neighborhood on South Spring street in Westminster where a teenager died in a fire. There are two young, female employees who have the music blasting from the apartment, and they keep coming outside in the yard dancing and making videos. In my opinion, this is in very poor taste, as we lost a neighbor in this fire. Many of us are still mourning his loss. This behavior is unprofessional to say the least. Very disappointed.
